Flammkuchen in Groningen: lekker rustig genieten
Je hoort hem eigenlijk al voordat je hem ziet: dat zachte kraken als het mes door het dunne deeg gaat. Onze flammkuchen komt flinterdun en goudbruin uit de oven, met crème fraîche, gerookt spek en ui die net zoet is geworden. Wij snijden hem in repen en zetten hem midden op tafel, zodat je met je handen kunt eten en tussen de happen door gewoon door kunt praten.
Precies daarom is de flammkuchen bij ons zo populair: het is geen gerecht waar je haast bij hebt. Een glas wijn erbij, de avond die langzaam donkerder wordt en dat warme geroezemoes in ons hoekpand in de Schildersbuurt. Lekker rustig genieten, zonder poespas.

Crème fraîche, gerookt spek en zoete ui. De vertrouwde, hartige versie.
Vegetarische flammkuchen
Met seizoensgroenten en kaas, net zo knapperig en net zo makkelijk delen.

On Friday afternoons the sunny terrace on the Kraneweg slowly fills up. Neighbours, colleagues wrapping up the work week and groups of friends pull up a chair, tables get pushed together and the buzz builds. Exactly the lively, easygoing feeling you're looking for in a good bar in Groningen.
Live jazz afternoons and Struiskamer concerts
We regularly organise intimate concerts with guest musicians: jazz, soul, vocals and piano, right in the middle of the bar. Your drink turns into an evening out before you know it.
